Opus2 Careers is a small specialist consultancy offering personal and career development services to managers and professionals who are members or potential members of a trade union. Opus2 Careers also undertakes corporate assignments and plans and delivers specialist training and seminars.

We have particular expertise in the areas of career change, life after redundancy, helping with promotion and outplacement. Opus2 can offer bespoke training and coaching on work-life balance, diversity and leadership.

Our clients range from individuals working in senior roles in government, industry and sport to specialists in science and technology. Our corporate work is with blue-chip mobile telecoms and ICT companies.

Opus2 Careers was set up by the union to help members deal with a changing career marketplace. The consultancy has expanded and diversified since being established with a grant from the government's Union Learning Fund.
