Service level agreement - individual service
Opus2 Careers service is available by telephone during working hours, in the evenings and at weekends. We are also able to offer the service by video conference link or face-to-face in Wimbledon and other areas by arrangement. We will respond to your initial enquiry within two working days. At Christmas, we will tell you when we will be closed.
We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation by phone for you to discuss whether the service is going to benefit you. We are happy to offer a choice of career counsellors and encourage you to tell us about your experiences.
Please note that Opus2 Careers Advice Service does not offer or undertake to find employment or work for its career counselling clients. Any such offer would be illegal and highly unethical. We do, however, aim to provide exceptional careers advice and personal career counselling under the terms of a written contract, which incorporates commitment to The Guidance Council Code of Principles.

To ensure the quality of our service we regularly send or give out evaluation questionnaires to clients who have used the service. You will be given the opportunity to remain anonymous or to give your name when providing feedback.
