| My current job doesn't enthuse me any more. I just do it because it's secure, the pension's quite good and I like my colleagues. I think I'm in a rut - and I am beginning to realise it's not good for me. Help! |

| I've got a chance to make a career move in my current company. I'm not quite sure if it's something I want to do long-term, but it's a promotion and there's more money too. But I have also applied for a job in another organisation doing something quite different and I am getting really excited about doing something new. If I am lucky enough to get two job offers, how can I decide what to do? |
